Some journeys begin with a business plan. Ours began long before there was a business.
EYA Lifestyle carries a story shaped by generations of healthy living, a decade of corporate experience, motherhood and personal transformation. Different chapters, different lessons, but each one quietly contributed to what EYA would eventually become.
Before careers, motherhood, or EYA entered the picture, healthy living at home was simply normal. With a grandfather devoted to naturopathy and a mother deeply involved in healthcare, I grew up seeing wellness lived, not preached. Yoga, pranayama, and conscious food choices followed naturally, creating habits I carried forward without ever imagining they would one day shape something bigger.
Life eventually took a professional turn into finance, followed by nearly a decade in the corporate world. Those years brought experience and perspective, but also revealed something beyond balance sheets: demanding routines could quietly push movement, mental wellbeing and personal health further down the everyday priority list.
Becoming a mother made that reality deeply personal. Post-delivery changes brought a new need to focus on my own wellbeing, but finding a wellness space where I felt comfortable wasn’t easy. Most options followed a unisex model. It sparked a bigger thought: how many women and mothers were postponing their health simply because the right environment didn’t exist?
That thought found its name close to home. Inspired by my daughter, Eyana, EYA Lifestyle began as a space where women could exercise, practise yoga and embrace wellness comfortably. Soon, those women wanted the same approach for their children, husbands and parents. Then, EYA was no longer meant for just one generation. That opened the next chapter for EYA.
As EYA grew beyond women, the vision needed people who believed in more than running another fitness centre. The search led to Muskan and Khushboo, who shared the commitment to holistic wellness and sustainable living. Together, EYA evolved into a Movement & Wellness Centre where kids, adults, couples and seniors can build healthier lives for the long run.
Khushboo stands alongside EYA’s vision of making guided movement and holistic wellness approachable, helping create an environment where people can work towards healthier routines without chasing shortcuts.
Muskan shares EYA’s commitment to purposeful movement and sustainable wellbeing, contributing to a culture where fitness isn’t measured by quick results but by how well people continue to live and move.
