Pour 50ml water into a saucepan and bring it to a rolling boil. Add 1 teaspoon Chai Masala & let it boil for 2-3minutes. Add 200ml of milk and again boil it for 2-3minutes. For one mug, you may opt to follow 2:1 ratio of milk and water respectively. However, you may play around with the quantity as per your personal preference for tea strength and flavor. Sugar, Ginger & Cardamom are optional. Strain it on mesh strainer & pour it into cups. **Chai masala can be taken in only water as well**
